RetireInCyprus.com exists to answer one question well: what does it actually take for a Canadian to retire in Cyprus - and to walk with you from first curiosity to a settled Mediterranean life.

Who we are

RetireInCyprus.com was founded by Will Bosworth, a Canadian who personally completed the Cyprus relocation - residency, tax, banking, property, healthcare - and turned that experience into a structured, compliant process for others making the same move. Will has since guided other Canadian retirees through the same transition, working alongside the licensed Cypriot professionals who handle the regulated steps, and he writes and maintains the guides on this site.

What we do (and what we don't)

We provide relocation coordination, not regulated advice. The distinction matters:

• We do: map your route, sequence the steps, prepare you for what each stage involves, and introduce you to vetted professionals in Cyprus - then stay involved so nothing falls between the cracks.
• We don't: provide legal, tax, or immigration advice ourselves. Regulated services are delivered exclusively by the independent licensed Cypriot lawyers, accountants, and immigration specialists we work with.

How our content is made

The guides are researched against current professional guidance and official sources, reviewed for accuracy at each update, and dated so you can see when they were last checked. The news sections carry short briefs drawn exclusively from mainstream reporting - each one ends with a Sources line naming the outlets relied on.
